You can not import hand histories from web based email acc'ts (ex. Hotmail and Yahoo). Your best bet is to use Outlook or Outlook Express. If PS, is sending you via email your tournie hand histories, just save the file to your local drive and point PT to where the saved file is.

PokerStars can save your hand histories (SnG and Tournies) to your local hard drive. If you did a default installation it should be in C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\YOUR USER NAME

To check where it saves to, in PS goto Options and then select Instant Hand History Options. Then check off the box saying you want to save your hand histories and point it to where you want to save it to.
