I am not very computer saavy. I have PT installed and the Cake Converter but having problems,.

MBuckler set it al up so all I have to do is open the converter after my sesion and click convert but as soon as I do it looks like its starting then goes to "not responding". The same thing happend when I go to add them in my PT. I have many hands that are saved but only some of them are imported. Any help would be amazing.

I do have Teamviewer, so if anybody would be kind enough to gove this a go and fix it, that would be huge. I would renumerate them for their time,
