Josh and others--
I've always been one for following the rules for things in general. This is one regard where PokerStars is off their rocker. Banning this software has no effect on the common good of the player at Stars. I'll post my own entire PT database of all my own hands for everyone to see. Good luck playing against me. It's the utilization of the data and application of the information that is another skill in and of itself.
My concern isn't for datamining. While I have done it, I couldn't care less about it. If they really wanted to stop it, they easily could do so. They also could easily notify players of any changes in their TOS, which they have also failed to do.
StarSpy is banned by the Stars TOS. It's use is up to you.
