When you click the auto import tribeca button, the window that pops up has a long button at the top for setting which folder to read the HH's from, click that button. That opens another window which has a message at the bottom of it describing the location of a typical Tribeca HH folder. Now here's the tricky part, when you find this
"C:\Documents and Settings\<your Windows User Name>\Application Data\" directory, there should be a folder inside with your screen name for whatever Tribeca site you are trying to setup. This folder is usually hidden initially and you have to mess around with your folder option and crap to get it to finally show itself. Once you do this, and you can open that folder, you're set. The final directory path on one of mine for example is
"C:\Documents and Settings\Derek\Application Data\SebLiminal".
It's a HUGE pain in the ass the first time you do it if you haven't ever messed with hidden files before but even a computer noob can figure it out eventually if they struggle with it for a bit. The folder
IS there so don't give up and say fuggit. If you're that type, then you don't deserve to play with the tribeca fish to begin with.
