VC tables are bigger than most other platforms...sucks. But the Dell will do it, or come the closest.
In order to bring a table forward, learn WHERE TO CLICK that won't click on a button! On VC tables, click in the chat for your bottom tables...click on the top banner for your top tables. This is key for MTing with overlap.
Not acting in time: just learn to continuously cycle through the tables so that the ones that you just acted on are in the back and the ones that will require action or are upcoming to requiring action are in front.
Calling too much: don't use preselects...except for the fold one. Even then...if you can avoid it...never use them. But, most CERTAINLY avoid the auto-call one...that's a DEAD tell...says you have a drawing hand. It also obviously leads to the problem that you're having.
