Won $1.87 tonight. Pretty much card dead tonight - no sets, and only one decent pot with Kings. Had an all-in behind my reraise with QQ so had to dump it. Other than that, won a few, lost a few, but glad to come out on top, however small. A small win is better than ANY loss, I guess. Actually, tonight's big win marks my first back-to-back winning nights at $25 NL. Sad as that sounds, my winning sessions have been monsters compared to my losing ones, so I'm well ahead with a PTBB/100 of around 10 give or take through a few thousand hands. So far so good - just variance.

Won $40.72 tonight. Pretty exciting early - won a stack with KK vs. QQ all-in preflop. Hit a couple of good sets but didn't get much value out of them, sorry to say. Won a few additional pots with aggression - probably made the best hand fold a couple of times while i was at it. Other than that, not much to report - no stupid mistakes tonight either. Been a good month of March for me.

Oh, also deposited another $500 for bouns purposes tonight - note I'm not counting these deposits I'm making as part of my bankroll - they are just there until the bonus clears (of course at UB it will take quite awhile, but I'm here for the long haul and will be 3-tabling starting next week, so it actually will go fairly quickly).

Won $17.86 tonight. Got wrecked early, and cost myself about $10 by hitting the wrong button for my river bet with a set of queens - clicked "bet $0.25". . That's a first for me, and hopefully a last. Other than that, won a few nice pots and snapped off a couple of bluffs to post a win to start my April.

WEEK ENDING APRIL 2, 2006

No poker today - all work and no time or energy for poker. Oh well, two more weeks until tax season is over. Played pretty well overall this week, and won a decent amount. Took a few bad beats, but was able to keep a level head and not let myself go on tilt and lose money unneccessarily.

Looking forward to adding a third table starting tomorrow - looking forward to having more opportunities to make more good decisions, and as we all know, good decisions=money in the bankroll.

Lost $4.47 this morning. Not bad at all given the fact that I stacked off with KK vs. AQ all-in on after a ragged flop - opponent caught an Ace on turn to break me - but I'll take those odds any day. So the way I see it, I won . Only one set and not well paid, but not much I could have done. Won a few other good pots to come off with only a very modest loss for my first 3-tabling session.

Won $6.76 tonight. A really crap-tacular session, actually - couldn't hit a dam thing, and had to give up AA and QQ after putting a good amount of money into each pot. Won a stack on one of my very last hands when I boated on the river to beat out a straight. Not a particulary great call on my part, actually, but no one showed any real strength until the turn where I was min-raised and called. . I've played better.

Won $11.64 tonight. Not too much to talk about tonight. Spewed some chips off early, but settled down and picked up a couple of decent hands that held up. Going OK so far with 3 tables, beginning to get used to it and settle down a bit. It's been intense so far, but it was the same way with 2 tables as I'm sure it will be with 4 tables when I get there.

Won $16.87 tonight. Not very proud of myself tonight - made a HORRID call off of my stack with AK when a second king hit the river - BUT, there were three clubs on board and I KNEW my opponent had it - sure enough, he put me all-in, I called, he turned over AJ clubs...yikes. If I had to pick one hand that gives me the most trouble, it's AK - even more so than JJ (for some reason I don't have a problem getting away from it, even as an overpair). Got away from top & bottom pair as well, so that cost me. Other than that, won a few nice pots to book a win. Not a proud win, but a win none the less and a lesson learned.

Won $22.64 tonight. Plowing along - finally went an entire session without being rattled by the three tables open at once. Actually, quite the opposite of how I've been playing all week so far - I made my one bad call tonight towards the end of my session - fell victim again to a flush - this time I actually had a lower flush and it was only for half a stack - still a bad call on my part. Picked up a few nice pots, and won a huge one with a set for, well actually, all my winnings tonight and then some. Got sucked out on quite a few times too - set over set, and KK lost vs. AQ all-in on Q high flop, river Ace.

Won $28.12 tonight. Started the session off by hitting a couple of sets, and actually getting paid off pretty well for a change, including one hand that flopped quads on the river - stacked my opponent who caught a boat. Actually played pretty aggro tonight, worked on 2 out of 3 tables, FINALLY I slowed down on that table and things settled down. Should have won $58 more than I did - got sucked out on for a full stack with QQ vs. AK on J-high flop, K on river, and AK suited vs. JKo (short stack), J came. Oh well, I don't mind losing that way.

Lost $10.04 tonight. No major mistakes or suckouts - just one of those thankfully short sessions where your CB's don't work and the chasers seem to always river their flushes. Also picked up AA 3 times but got no action. In fact only once did I see a flop, and opponent insta-folded to my bet. Probably could have lost a few dollars less on a couple of hands - got a bit out of line a couple of times, but nothing horrible.
