8 min lvl up tourneys are the usual tourneys at Doyles... I've try em and feel my self like on a Turbo Touney... is that 8min lvl usual at all poker sites?... maybe I'm used to PStars lvl up MTT..dunno..

players at Doyles are really bad players. but I've have to look for 12min. lvls tourneys to feel playing a regular MTT.. and 12min lvl are just a few...

So how to adjust my playing to 8min lvl MTT? or taht's the usual?

I hate them. I tripled up once in the 1st 5 minutes and then still found myself being blinded down about an hour in. If I play an MTT on Doyle's I look for the 12 minute rounds. There are a few on there. Otherwise I play on another site.

Turbo blinds favor the stupid and lucky. 15 min+ is all I am willing to play, since they are so readily available on the Internet. You control what game you play in.

LOL.. speed tourney at Doyles is 3min. LVL... stupid if you ask me... 8min. is also too fast.. so I guess I'll stick to those few 12min. lvl tourneys.

You start with 2000 chips at Tribeca, but you're at 100/200 blind levels in 20 minutes. Ridiculous. But, man, are the players there bad! I've seen people there call an all-in on the river with bottom pair or a busted draw or something on the fourth hand of a tournament, I guess because they think the other guy might be bluffing.

yup-- haven't try it.. and dunno what's the details yes.. if I'm not wrong, you pay Buy it. then you claim the entry...

I'll give it a try next week since I won't be able to play it tonight.

I suggest that you email Doyle's room or use their manager chat to check your eligibility for the "free" bounty tournament.

On another forum I read that if you have already had your free play then it is no longer free.
