Iconn, you are not the unluckiest poker player in the world shit like this happens to all of us. Read Ice's article on the main page about a losing streak. Almost every time I have an extended losing streak when I go back and look at my poker tracker numbers, there are of course the bad beats, but I almost always find hands that I played badly because of the bad beats. Take a little time off from the tone of your last post you sounded pretty steamed. You are not the first poker player to get frusterated by what feels like a never ending string of bad beats but it does feel like it sometimes, especially when you see your friends winning and you keep getting killed getting all in with the best of it. This is a bad streak but if you stick with poker it WILL happen again. I seem to have one really really bad losing streak per year, with a couple of smaller ones throw in.

Kenny you only have been beaten by running perfect cards 2 times?? With all the hands that you play I'm kind of surprised by that. I have had it happen 3 times and you play a lot more hands than me. I guess that makes me the unlickiest man in poker.

Ahhhh, well let's run through some for the day.. I'm down about $165 on the day.

AA, get all in preflop, vs AQ...rag flop, Q on turn, Q also comes magically on river. I lose. -$65

K-10 on BB, check in. Board K-K-10-3. Get all in. River A. Turns over AA. I lose -$55

QQ. Raise $3 preflop, get 3 callers. Flop Q-2-10 rainbow. I bet $10, get raised all in...I call of course. I'm up against 10-10. Who wants to guess the turn card? If you answered 10.....DINGDINGDING - $45

THese are all in about a 1 hour span....and this doesn't even count all of the other smaller suckouts i took, these are just the large beats.


I've always been 100% agains the idea, but this is really starting to feel rigged. This same stuff has been happening for months. EVERY DAY.

When I start gettin assreamed, I try to play a new game for a bit... Try PLO or O8... TONS of bad players there...

Or if you're really feeling ballsy, give Paigow a throw... (Okay, prolly not your best idea, but I LOVE the goddamn game)..

Ok, well this should solidify it. About 30 seconds after making that last post. I get KK, and raise to $3.50. A shorter stack ~$23 raises to $7 and I just push him there. Board comes rags, he has AA, i lose.

I reload. TWO hands later, I get AA.

Raise to 4.50, same guy i was just against pushes immediately, I call. I'm against JJ. J on flop, I lose.
