No lessons here, just my favorite hand from last nights game.

Playing 2/4 limit O/8 on Party. I'm in the BB and get dealt . 5 or 6 people limp and I check. The flop was . I check and one MP player bets. It folds off everyone back to me and I call. The turn was . I check, the MP player bets and I raise. He calls. At this point I'm just happy I'm getting paid a little on my hand. The river was the . I bet, he raises, I three bet and he caps. Obviously he had quad Queens. Stupid party poker and their limit on river betting when you get to heads up.

So anyway, somebody types in the chat box "Wow". Then somebody else chimes in with, "That would have been a jackpot hand in Hold Em". I'm just laughing. A few minutes later, somebody types in "Wow, you really took that well. Either that, or you threw your keyboard out the window". 15 minutes later or so, the guy finally types in "NH Drade" and gets up and leaves. Does it really get better than Quads over Quads?

That is a great quote though I think your opponant he might have been retrieving his keyboard from his front yard and missed it.

Lol... You should've played this hand at Crypto. There, you can bet and raise heads up on the river until you have no money left.

I once saw two guys doing this in a limit holdem game with three 7s on board. One guy put in something like 12 bets on the river, unbelievable. Of course, the guy with the 7 drained his stack and won something like a $70 pot at 1/2.
