Playing a $10 LO8 SNG (don't ask why). Blinds are at 50-100, I have a slightly below average stack of about 1700.

I get QJ62 in the BB. Five see a flop of [6c][2h]. I bet, and as get 3 callers. Now the turn brings a . I lead again, and again they all call. River is the . I check, and now it goes bet, raise, reraise. I fold, thinking that someone must have K6 at least (the reraise was from a player who virtually went allin). Also, the other players in the hand weren't exactly big stacks, and their aggression took a significant portion of their chips. The river gets capped, and the first and second players both flip over A3, and the reraisor shows the flush??

Obviously a horrible fold, but would it be even more horrible to lose 4 big bets on the river to a better boat (and then be left with T600 chips)?

I'd have a hard time folding that one. 600 chips would leave you with an M of 4, plenty to survive for a couple of rounds with and there is too much in the pot to let it go, especially when the flush card hit the river and a made low was possible. If there was no low possible then that might sway the odds a bit more, but even still probably not enough.

It also was a $10 SnG. If you can accumulate chips early in the low buyin SnGs you can cruise to the cash and pick the dopes off at will.
