Kuso, let me just offer a word of caution by drawing an analogy. Experimenting with LAG style at low-limit PLO8 tables, meeting with reasonable success, and then declaring it an "invaluable" learning experience as a result of seeing the way of calling down light and seemingly manipulating opponents is like an adult greco-roman wrestler enrolling him in grade-school karate classes, kicking the shit out of some little kids, and then calling it an invaluable learning experience in that he gained appreciation for skill and quickness and respect for the dojo or something. The biggest difference between the two, IMO, is in fact that the poker results are subject to luck--you don't know whether you truly played well, or just ran well--and so drawing learning-experience conclusions from the poker scenario can be much more insidious and harmful to your overall game.
