mvpHmmm... re-reading Monk's post, I'm starting to warm up more to betting out. If he is good (playing kuso-esque LAG), then I agree that he more than likely raises on that board. And if he's on a draw, he should flat call.
If he flat calls with his AA (cf. our discussion in kuso's LAG thread), you're in the same predicament.
