3. Deposit a small amount and have a bonus that you can clear at your current rates: you don't have to max it out! Just get a $20 bonus if you can't clear the $100...or something like this.

it's not always true regarding the "three day cashout" rule. i think the key (at least it has been for me) is that you can't cash out after the bonus is announced. i've cashed out the day before a bonus and had no problems.

That makes sense if you think about it - they're not going to give you the bonus on money that you already had sitting in your Party account. They want to attract NEW money, not the same money after a round-trip thorugh Neteller.
