Most of the table has been your typical semi-loose semi-passive player. I haven't seen UTG get involved in many hands though, so he might be a little tighter.

I pickup [Qd] in MP. UTG 4x BB raises. I only call, planning to raise any non AK flop. Loose SB calls as well.

Flop:
SB checks, UTG bets a little more than half pot. I raise. UTG makes a small raise on top. Should I just dump here? I called because I had the and hoped he would slowdown.

Turn:
UTG bets 1/4 pot. I call hoping for a cheap showdown.

River:
UTG pushes. I fold.

Lacking a read telling me he raises UTG with a broad range of hands, I only call with QQ. If he raised from a little later, like closer to MP, then I'd re-raise with QQ. Anyone want to make a good case for re-raising here? He probably won't fold anything except maybe AK and when he calls, I still don't know where I am. If I had AA and was facing a 3-bet, I'd call for purpose of deception. If I 4-bet it, it'd be obvious I had KK or AA.

As BK said... the #1 reason to reraise there is "You also get to find out if they have AA as they will come over the top of you often with AA and KK at low stakes." The problem you run into when you DONT reraise is exactly what you ran into... Okay, you called, the flop is T high... Are you good??? are you dead to AA or KK...??? When I get these kind of plays, I usually either pray that 1. I hit a set, or 2. an Ace flops and I can get out relatively cheap...
