Pokerroom network has some 5 card draw action in the 3-6, 5-10 range that is generally very good.

The B2B sites have PL Soko and Paradise offers 5 Card Stud. B2B also has PL 5 and 7 card Stud, both of which are prety soft in my opinion from the times I have played those games there. They also offer 2-7 Triple draw and while you don't see any games going very often if you sit at a table people usually join you pretty quick. There are some small B2B 5X bonuses out there that might fit the bill for you if you just wanted to play for a while in any of these games without tying up a big chunk of time clearing a big bonus.

Most of my 7 card stud action is at the Cryptos and Stars and the games are generally pretty good at both places.

Pacific has very VERY weak lo8 games and most of the time they have a few tables going from 2/4 to 5/10, sometimes higher.

From the Stud high I've played on Pacific the ante size compared to the limit is very low. I've only played 0.5/1 and 1/2 but you still get multimulti way hands like on comparable games on Party, even though the antes are lower on Pacific.

Stacked someone today in the 200PLO8 at Party, I made a loose PF call with TT23 in MP, flop brought T86 rainbow. BB checks, I bet, BB calls. Turn brings a 6 giving me the top bet, BB checks, I bet pot (still worried about giving a cheap low draw) and he raises. I might be a bit cautious of a possible quads here in a deep stacked game but a) I had a decent backup low draw b) his flop play didn't seem very set-like, unless he had no low and c) no way I'm doing anything but pushing in these games.

So I raise, he calls, then pushes when an 8 hits river. NOW I'm worried about 88, but he flips up 68 for a pretty woefully played underboat and I stack him.

Picked up a stack or so at 100NL at Pacific thanks to some poor players, I didn't get many cards but won a few small pots and stacked a bad shorty LAG on a TT6 flop when I held 77; he insta-pushed after raising preflop, about $30 into a $12 pot, I guessed (correctly) he had overs and my 7s held.

Had no cards at stud8 but still came out just above break even.

Vaguely hopeful a few winning sessions has arrested the nasty slide i've been on for well over a month now, although I expect the bullshit to start again ASAP if I'm honest!
