EP short stack ($50) min raises to $4, he gets 2 callers and then the SB reraises to $22.

SB has a big stack but after 1200 hands, hes at -10PTBBs and he raises 17% preflop. Most of you probably have heard of the squeeze play which is basically what the SB is doing here. He knows the 2 guys that called the min raises dont have much or they wouldve reraised. So he reraises trying to steal all the dead money. A 17% preflop raise guy probably doesnt have much here.

If 1200 hands isnt enough to use as a read, then PT is worthless. How many players do you have 5000+ hands on? 10000+?
