Does anyone fold to the min-raise? How about flat calling and evaluating again on the turn? Who bets what amount, if any, on the turn?

I don't fold to the min raise, but I don't reraise it either...I play pot control and keep it small unless I think he'd min raise a naked jack. But I think a minraise there is either a made hand or a combo hand like QJ. Calling a buck and seeing the turn is okay, because if you hit your boat you're paid off all in...even if those odds aren't okay, they are close.
