Had QQ overpair, bet the pot, bet again on the river. I bet small on the river because I frankly had no idea where I stood and just did not know what to do...so I figured I would post it here and see how I could have done it better.

You should raise more preflop, 3.5 BBs after a couple of limpers isn't enough. Flop and turn action looks good, i would check the river to induce a bluff from a missed draw, though.

Yeah, i was betting 3x bb plus a big bet for every caller, but had found that everyone was folding when I did that, so I lowered it down a bit...I can't seem to figure out the right amount, but you are right in hind sight, someone with Ax can easily call my raise preflop, and then my hand is toast if an Ace comes on the flop.

When I raise a small amount with KK and get a couple callers, I'm very unhappy. I'd be even more unhappy with QQ. Why? Because donks LOVE to play random AX shit and when that ace hits, they aren't folding their TP-3-kicker. Raise more pre-flop, if they fold random AX, fine. If they don't, at least they are paying more to draw out on you.

I've said it many times before and I'll say it again... stop worrying about keeping people in the pot with small raises. Your raise gives both them odds to call with MANY hands.
