My name is EscapePlan and I am a tilter. Tilt used to not affect me significantly... until today. I donked off at least 2 full stacks, while slightly underbankrolled for the stakes as well. I've now dropped back down in stakes until I get myself focused again.

Not a huge tilt today but still costly. After getting all-in on the turn with a set, I got two-outered and things went downhill. I started misplaying AK badly and making frustrated calls and bluffs. Not pretty. I really need to work on this (again). I thought I had become tilt proof but obviously not.

I have been tilt free for many weeks but today I managed to tilt away 2 buyins in 30 minutes. It started the same way it always does, I hit a set, play it well, get outdrawn on river to a hidden str8 and loose a stack.

After that I feel I "deserve" a win and start making plays I don't usually make ! I realised this too late but sat out after tilting away 2 buyins.
