Check is acceptable unless you know opponent well enough to be a CS who has TP here. I'm guessing MP2 had top pair of course. If it was only the straight that came, I would probably bet the river, but no reason to bet a flush card on the river.

To be honest...most of the time when anyone asks a question, it's because they want to know what they did wrong or if they made a mistake or not. After a while, you start asking questions on hands you played ok, but are looking to play great. We are all just developing our games.

The way you phrase your topics and the questions you ask indicate what the results are as well. Iceman does a good job of not giving any idea as to the results of his hands when he posts; it's a very useful style of writing in this environment.

I would play it exactly the same way (though with my current run villain would show me the nut flush instead. )

I would be desperate to put in a milker bet on the river, because I'm sure he is weak (compared to my set anyway), but I just can not bet once the flush card comes, just incase he is a donk who chased the flush and then decides to get smart with a check raise.

I would bet $6. I dont see villian folding whatever he has at this point. If villian hit his draw he would probably lead out and if he did get tricky and go for the river CR im folding. So the few times villain CR his hit draw i lose $6. However, i think villian is calling here with 2-pair or maybe AK alot more times than he has a flush/straight.
