Since I've moved to $200NL I've noticed that there is a LOT more preflop raising. Not so much reraising though. I've gotten into a habit of reraising a preflop raise of x4BB from an overly raisey player to x16BB with JJ or better. If they have AA/KK they push or reraise, and if they don't, they usually check/fold to my 3/4 pot sized bet on the flop.
So I've been toying with the idea of reraising with SCs in this spot. I would only do it when:
1) Villain's pfr is way too high so he's raising crap like KT.
2) I have position.
3) Villain has not shown any calling station tendencies.
If I don't win the pot, I gain the advantage of possibly getting some cheap cards with my SC, or hitting my very disguised two pair/trips.
But if I start reraising with SCs, Villains will start doubting my reraises as genuine.
