How bad is it to raise the turn?

It's not terrible but given the lack of obvious highs on the board it's probably slightly more likely it's A2 vs A2 vs something high. Also, if the other low guy has A3 he might well fold here and you'd like another bet from him on the river if possible. Like I say it's not too bad so I wouldn't lose sleep over it (indeed, against sufficiently poor opponents it's probably +EV). If you have a diamond draw it's a great raise, rather obviously...
