Please critique my line and bet sizes.

SB has $50 and is 28/8 and a losing player over 300 hands.
Villain has $206 and is 18/6 and solid. I have him on 133 hands but have played him at other sites as well.
I am in EP with $360 and [As].

I raise to $7. Villain and SB call, all others fold.

Pot $22. flop is [4d][6s].

SB Min bets $2. I bet $16. Villain calls. SB calls. Flat call from villain...great.

Pot is $71. Turn is . SB checks. I bet $28. Mostly I'm freakin lost in the hand and don't know where I stand. Villain calls.

Pot is $127. River is .

What do I do now?

Wish I could have gone back in time. As it stood, I checked....and he checked behind me with his 55. I know I played it wrong, but got lucky that it didn't burn me. I think the J and Q probably kept him from bluffing...he could have been bluffing into a set.
