Well May was all-in-all a pretty shitty month. I had my biggest winning day ever ($700) as well as my biggest losing day ever ($540). I took a few days off and for the 2nd half of the month I mostly played low-limit stud and chased some bonuses. I had 18 winning days, 9 losing days, and 4 days where I didn't play. I didn't keep that good a record of my results for the second half of the month so i'm not sure of my hourly rate or hands played etc. I made $2,242.23 in May, which is slightly less than what I made in April [$2349.76], so winnings-wise it was actually a decent month, it's just everything else that made it crappy-esque. If I ever become pro/move out of home I will need to make about $2,000/mth on average, which really shouldn't be difficult at all. I would prefer to be making a lot more than this of course, as it will a) let me move up quicker, and b) let me live life more comforably.
June got off to a bit of a weird start. I was laying in bed last night chatting on msn/irc and watching tv shows. It was about 5:30am and I was about to go to sleep and I see that there's a pacific 10/20 lo8 game going on - so what the heck, I sit in. BAD IDEA. I was tired and drifting off to sleep, so I lost about $100. I woke up with pacific poker staring in my face and that the lo8 game was now 2-handed, so I hopped in to win my money back. After a couple of hands it became HU and I played with this one (total donk) for about 10 minutes. He started with about $200. Anyway I get half of his money through a few good hands and he starts this last hand with about $80 left. I get AAKT or something, he raises and I call. Flop is QQJ. I check, he bets, I raise, he 3bets, I call. Turn is a 2 and I check, he bets and I call. River is another 2, I check-call his last $9.78 or whatever. His hand? 2378. UGGABUGGHABLAH.

Aaaaaaaaanyway, needless to say, I was pissed! We play a couple more hands HU and he takes another $100 off me, so now i'm stuck about 400. The table filled up after that and I stayed there long enough to win most of it back +70 or so. I counted that towards last months winnings.
I sat back in that game plus a 5/10 lo8 game for a while and won a bit, I played a lot of 7cs at PR and interpoker and won a bit too, as well as a little NL100 6max.
Finally cleared the PR bonus and requested my cash-out. Todays results:

$301.48 in 3hrs 32 minutes, so i'm happy.
Poker is silly.
It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.
Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.
