Raise PF to 7-8 BBs which should push out all the crappy hands.

Flop I raise more, probably to about $6. I always bet more than the 'bet pot' button as it usually isn't enough to make people go away. It's pretty obvious any combination of players here is drawing so charge them for it. If you take it down then at least they didn't get the chance to suck out on you.
