That may be a good strategy against cautious opponents, but it doesn't work very well against loose callers and/or bluffers in my experience.
I also think it's very important to include AA in the raising range. For one thing, it's really the only hand where you can CB most flops. For another, you give EP players the opportunity to re-raise on the hand where you'd most like to get all your chips in PF.
The real question, I think, is one of balancing the other hands properly with the AA hands. This selection is fairly AA-heavy, with about 1/3 of all suggested raising hands being AA. Don't know whether that's the proper balance or not, but it doesn't seem too terribly far off to me.
Anyhow, this question of balance was one of the issues on which I was hoping to get some feedback.
