I had a big long post written out, but it was too tedious.
In short, I prefer the turn check here. Why? Well because you have the A[h], and I'm not totally convinced you are ahead.
The A[h] takes away the nut flush draw and 1 heart out. So letting someone draw cheaply to the flush on the turn (only going to hit 1 in 5 times) isn't that bad and its at least partially offset (if not entirely at 6max) by guys like this who will bluff rivers into you or bet their weaker Ace on the river when you check.
By checking the turn, you are probably getting a showdown. You could very easily be behind AK/AQ/AJ which is very probable since you opponent is a TAG. So I don't want to bet the turn and get raised off my hand when I could have had a showdown.
