i have a vpip of 35% over a few thousand hands of $50 plo. so i think your vpip is fine, especially as the average vpip of your opponents is probably 50% or higher.
your won at showdown does seem low. mine is around 50%.
personally i have found a big difference in the standard of play between the $25 and $50 tables. not that the $50 players are really good or anything, but certainly on full tilt i found that the $25 players were really really bad.

Small pairs
I don't count pairs below TT at all unless they're connected. The AJ66 is an single exception, I must have been tilting at the time (I called a raise from a maniac while in the BB).

Yeah I really need to tighten up in EP, I had no idea it was this bad. Self delusion. QJ92 and A654 (ace unsuited) were among the hands I played UTG. Will correct that immediatly.
I actually played a few hands on $100 PLO at full tilt just because the table looked cracy (over 60% vpip). Unfortunately I could only play for 45 mins and didn't catch a hand, but they were actually WORSE than the $25 party players. Average vpip of 60+ ffs.
Raising in LP
I have started raising more and more in LP but considering what a flop game this is I still feel a bit awkward doing it.

Won't go through all of mine, but for this month I have 14% UTG, 16% UTG+1, 44% in CO and 51% on the button... and the late positions are winning (ta da!), with CO being the best...
The MP positions are in the 20%-30% range.
SB I'm worried about a little, as my VPIP is 30%, which I feel is a bit high. It may also be due to the fact that if it's folded around completely, I'll play any 4 live cards. Otherwise, I like to be fairly tight there.

I complete in the SB with an really wide range and usually the tables are very passive preflop. At the moment it's my third most profitable position *without* discounting the blind.
Oh and the 340 (or 339) hands I played today netted me 10 buyins. Can you spell "heater"? 131.66ptbb/100
