That did the trick.

I had it pointing to the hand history folder rather than the top folder.

The stats are organized per person per session, so it doesn't find anything for you until you've played a hand and it ends up in the db as a new session for you. You can choose the username of someone else at the table who is playing, but if they leave then the numbers will stop updating until you switch it back to yourself. It's kind of a pain though to keep choosing names from that huge dropdown.

What would be nice is a program that looks through all the current sessions to get the table info, and gives stats for each table so that we can choose the best one.

Cat, that folder should do the trick. It looks for .hhf files in that folder, which is where Party writes the data.

Thanks. The huge drop down list is too much for me to deal with. I figured it out after your post.

When I went away for 20 minutes half of the players had changed and stats didnt mean much.

You can type in a name or a partial name in the box before you hit the button for the drop down box and it will go to that name.

Keep in mind that you don't need to use GT+ until you are ready to look at the stats of a table. You don't need to run GT+ from the get go. The one problem I have found is that when you run GT+ several players may only have a few hands in at the table and won't be rated until they reach the min number of hands played.


cat.....as norton mentioned, the history folder will be created after you have played a hand at a table.
