Stop raising so much preflop until you get a better handle on post flop play. If youre raising that much and only showing down 17% of the time, then your pumping alot of money into these pots and folding so often during the hand that its giving money away.
Look to play smaller pots most of the time and pound away and play a big pot when you have a monster.
Your aggression is also too high. Again, youre pouring money into the pot and giving up too often. Either stop giving up...or stop pouring money in without a hand you have more confidence in and can get to showdown.
