You're right about losing to the rake in a cash game. I was actually serious, but since I don't play much NL ring at all, about 99% tournaments, I really wasn't thinking of that.

I'll go all-in on the river every time in tournament play when the nuts are on the board. I recall doing it twice or three times over the past couple of years, and I actually had a guy fold it once.
