I think I'm going to need positive reinforcement from you guys to make this fold again. I really didn't like hitting the button at all, and am uncertain if it was the right choice. I think there's some saying about all-in into unraised pots. Does this apply?

I don't like your flop re-raise, it is time to exercise some pot control and go to showdown. So call the flop, check-call turn and river, or make a blocking bet on one of them. In a limped pot KQo is just too likely, so you don't want to play a big pot and push away Ax, you want to extract value from them and lose the least to KQ.

As played you put yourself in a tight spot, I still think fold is marginally better there than a call.

Do you think KQ checks behind that turn?

Bet the turn there all day everyday.

I don't understand people who push all-in overbet on the river after their opponent checks twice in a row. It looks so so much like a bluff because you have shown nothing but weakness for 2 streets in a row. But if you're going to bluff why risk all your chips when full pot or even less would work equally well?

One hand did get there on the river: 98. He could have been raising the flop for the free card. [9h] or something like that is also possible.

I can't see him raising the flop, checking the turn, and pushing the river with any decent hand that you beat. JT or AT probably thinks they're good on the river and bets for value. So it's either a total bluff or he has you beat. Unless he's blufftastic I like the fold.

I think if you are going to raise the flop you have to follow through on the turn, the way you played it makes it very difficult to tell if he is bluffing a busted draw or actually has KQ.

I prefer to check-call the flop and try to keep a small pot, then maybe bet the turn to try and price out any draw.... I definately fold the river as played, but you might be folding the winning hand vs JT, AT even other AJ.
