Hero calls. If he has the Q, so be it. Honestly I think villain made a smaller flush on the turn and is making a desperation push here. That is a typical donk play. Does a Q push this most of the time? Heck no.

I would check the turn behind almost always, without a read I don't want to play a big pot here and I have outs.
