I've been playing cash games primarily for the past few months and a play like this is normally a good one. It's almost become my standard play and I didn't even think to re-re-raise preflop as I figure "he's sure to put me on AA/KK and fold whatever he has" so i tried to trap him. This is from a Stars $55 turbo. Apologies for the formate but the convertor isn't working.

I would have easily 3-bet him pre-flop to about 320. Get more money in the pot with your likely best hand. He's a donk. And now the pot will be larger so he'll be more inclined to stick around.
