No real read here, except UTG's a bit cally.
And I've been pretty aggro against him.

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with [Qh]

UTG raises to $22, Hero raises to $65, 4 folds, UTG calls.

Flop: [2d]

($139, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $90, UTG calls.

Turn: [3h]

($319, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $150, UTG calls.

River: [5h]

($619, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero raises all-in $261, UTG calls.

i don't see a problem here. The only possible change is checking behind on the turn if you raise pf. This is a read dependent thing if you think he's just calling you down with TT or JJ since he's cally. If you think he's trapping, checking behind might be smart.

The other option is to call preflop and play him aggressively on the flop in position.

Gotta love the calling stations. I must say I really need a read on villain to play my overs like that. I hate putting in a stack with just a pair. BUt you said, he was kinda cally....and you had been aggro against him....if I hit a set I let you do the betting just as he did

I definetly check turn. No real draws there, and if you were that aggressive some people could play set this way, figuring you will bet their hand for them. If he is just a bit cally he could do this calling with something like KK that is afraid of a set. Anyway you rasonably can beat only TT and JJ here, not much.
