I've bolded a few stats that I'm particulary unsure about, and left a few out - I can post them if needed. In particular, I don't think I'm winning enough pots, plain and simple. I obviously don't go to a showdown with nothing, but am trying to open up my VPIP by playing a broader range of hands - most of which aren't suitable for continuing after the flop when missed (SC's, etc.).
