I'm not suggesting that you should fold here, but...I have a little song that I sing to myself when I'm in situations such as this one, and it has saved me a ton of money.
It goes like this, "Don't go broke in an unraised pot, don't go broke in an unraised pot..." But I'm not sure that it applies that much in this scenario.
I don't think that he thinks you have a flush. Which means he could be betting a straight or a set. Or a better flush. If he was donkish I would think that he had A7 with the A of hearts. But you said he was solid TA, so....
And your river bet was pretty weak. If I had the time to think all this through, I would certainly call and expect to lose 1/4 of the time.
