Villain in this hand seems very solid. We're also playing HU on another table. This is the first session we've played together but we're on a few tables with each other so he probably has a rough idea how I play, and I do for him (tight aggressive, but tough).

I was petrified of him check-raising me on the turn, so I checked. Then afterwards I cursed myself out for it. Now I am thinking about it again and starting to think it has a lot of merit. I mean, he prolly isn't calling me on the turn with a jack anymore, right? Anyway, thoughts?

If you were shorter I think a turn check would be okay, because you could probably get most of your stack in on the river.
But when you're this deep I think you need to be building the pot.

I wouldn't be worried about folding him out, because it looks like he wants to get to showdown.
I can't see him floating you OOP in a reraised pot (well, maybe with a middle pocket pair).
