with the hearts on the board i would push, making a smaller raise or min-raising could give him a great chance to see the turn for a heart draw.If he has kings or aces its gonna be a real hard fold for him if he is loose. make him pay to see the turn/river.

This is awkward (and fishy) because you bet so little on the flop.

Hearts are not going to kill your action in a raise and reraised pot in 6 max. Hes not folding AA here. The pot is already getting too big.

Having said that, Im reraising right now anyway because #1) I want to get all in ASAP and #2) He could have [Kh] and Im not letting him have a free card on the turn by flat calling and then checking to him whoch is what most people would do here.

I raise him. But your results will differ depending on which overpair he has. I think if you raise here he might be able to get away from KK. Because if he's got KK, and he's thinking, he's got to think that both QQ and AA beat him. If he's got AA you can get him to stack off probably.
