High stakes cash game on tv

Can anyone give me any insight to why the hell Sammy Farha keeps calling off all his stack with those flush draws, I thought you needed 2 -1 odds on the flop to make that EV+ play, or is there something else at work here is he just purely gambling or his using the Doyle Brunson principle of picking up loads of small pots then when you play a big pot it is already paid for, or is he just trying stick Daniel Negreanu on tilt?.

Nobody watching the second season?
I forgot about this show. I just checked the site and there are 4 new episodes out.
I feel like a kid a christmas. $\:D/$ (I'm deep into my 30's so that just doesn't happen very often

I watch every tuesday night with a buddy. We love it...ep 4 was mostly entertaining because of the table talk (I LOVED it when they calld the mouth a POW - pay-off wizzard!). Ep4 was the best for poker since HSP started, IMO.
