Well better luck. Was having all kinds of problems playing the limit games so jumped over to the 50 NL tables at Party and I am at a very robust VIP 8.41% And let me tell you that has been pretty damn successful over the last 6200 hands as I am just pounding them with big hands when I get them and throwing the rest of the shit away for the most part. Playing 8 tables so that still keeps me busy even with the low VIP. I don't know how many tables you are playing but if you are getting bored and limping in with KQ and A9 then perhaps add a table or two to the mix to hopefully keep you a little more busy with quality hands and pairs preflop.

I only play 2 tables. I might add one more.

Ooops, make that down 20. I severely overplayed my flush draw and check/raised villain's pot sized bet.. He called with top pair, I didn't improve. Blah.

Yes, a very bad play as fold equity doesn't exist at the level I play, but I guess I was just wanting to get lucky and win a huge pot. Yes, that's right. I wanted to suck out. Sue me.

Okay, so I guess I need to give a little update.

I quit playing poker for the time being and am focusing all my energy on No Limit Hold Em Theory and Practice and casino whoring. I'm enjoying my "time off" and just having fun learning some new stuff.

I plan on making about $1000 from the bonuses and then start back playing $25NL.

From now on I don't move up unless I have 45+ buyins.

I have realized that I'm a high variance player and this will probably work better for me.
