Once he min-raised me, the thoughts of having to improve to win went through my mind, yet, he could also have the suited ace as well, and even if he did flop it, I had outs albeit no fold equity by emptying out here. I wasn't willing to fold nor flat call here, since we weren't deep at this point I went in. Bad or good?

Looks good to me, you could very well be ahead to a draw, or have some outs to beat the flush.

Results - he had for the flopped flush, but I rivered one of my outs to win.

I don't regret moving it in here - if we were 200x deep, I would reconsider, but I'm hard pressed to fold a set on the flop with the stacks being as they were after the min-raise.
