GAAAAH I am so torn on your river raise. Once he pops allin I think you are stuck. On a different board I like the play, this board has set/straight written all over it.

Betting the turn removes the problem for you...if he has a set or better, he'll raise and you can fold. No reason to check the turn with your vulnerable hand and no idea where you stand.
