Having a high post-flop aggression comes both from betting/raising and from folding. If your aggression is too low, try betting more flops but also folding more flops. Calling is fine on occasion but don't make a habit of it.
For instance, following Ice's advice from long ago, in most circumstances if I have TP and someone bets into me, I'm raising or folding, not flat calling. I'll only call if I have a read the guy is aggressive and runs multi-street bluffs, or if the guy loves TPNK way too much and I have a good kicker. I fold a lot of TPNK hands against solid players.
Folding doesn't feel "aggressive," but it's a key part of an aggressive overall strategy.
