I like the push. Set over set isn't something to worry about here, and if he has a straight you have your outs. Although the min raise should be a warning signal to you 99% of the time that your opponent has a very strong hand here. At the same time, he could have a combination of hands like two pair that you have dominated, so a push is fine. No, don't take this for every situation, but most of the time if you can get your stack all in on the flop with a set then it is good, and with a flop like this against the BB there's no reason you shouldn't get it in.

Against a player who is tight post flop I fold this. There's a bet and a raise to him and he sticks in a re-raise. It's likely he has the straight or a higher set. I would never lay down top set, and rarely middle set, but against a solid player there's too many ways you can be beat with bottom set here and it will cost you your whole stack every time if you call it.
