I think he's got 89s or maybe a set. His turn says to me he doesn't want you to get a free card. Either that or he's too aggro for his own good.

i should have said i raised the previous 3 hands and CB all of them he saw that i'm sure...(sadly i have sets two of those hands and got no action.)

I still think this is a fold. His lead on the turn looks like he is trying to protect a hand. Which means he usually has one pair beat.

how hte heck do you manage not to get action with your image?
he looks strong here, maybe an overpair to at best, I think you have to really consider the fold here. you can beat only QQ and TT and even with your LAG image , still, he has to have a good hand to bet into you like that after you show strength on the flop, he's trying to price you in and if you make this call you are commited

IF it's all in or fold, I go fold. He seems to be fairly tight and he's not afraid at all in this pot.

BB has put $335 in the pot so far, leaving him with $665. He just bet almost exactly half of what he has left. He is planning to bet the rest on the river if you just call. I agree it's a push or fold.

He's not showing strength by making flashy bets that say "Look how strong I am you'd better fold!" He's showing strength by making measured bets, none of which looks dangerous, but which combined are going to get all the money in the middle.

If he had a big draw or pair + draw he would push the turn to try to make your turn decision tougher. This way of playing it gives him a very tough river decision if he has that kind of hand and misses.

I agree with Trod, this guy isn't scared of anything. Fold.
