Instructions:

Download and install .

Download the and run the installation.

Reboot your computer.


Run CamStudio.

Select Options -> Video Options
Change the Compressor dropdown to "XviD MPEG-4 Codec".
Drag the framerate bar at the bottom until the playback rate is between 4-7 (tweak to your preference --- a higher number means smoother video but bigger filesize).
Click OK.

If you have a microphone and want to record some commentary, select Options -> record audio from microphone.
If you're recording multiple videos, don't forget to change this option back if you don't want to record audio.

Back in CamStudio main window, select Region -> Fixed Region.
Now either set width and height by hand, or open the window(s) you want to capture first and then click the Select button and drag a rectangle around them.
You don't have to do this every time you want to record, only when the size of the area you want to record changes.


Now make sure everything is positioned where you want and click the red circle in CamStudio to begin recording.
Position the rectangle that pops up over the area you want to record.
You can click pause to pause the recording, and stop when you're done.
When you finish it will open a Save As... dialog.
Browse to the location you want to put the file and type in a filename.

Then you can watch the movie or upload it somewhere for people to download.

I followed those instuctions exactly. Ive tried 4 times to make a 30 seconds test vidoe and every time when I play it back, it goes directly to the end. I press start on the play back screen and it jumps all the way to the end of the video immediately

over and over and over and over again. This is the worst streak of beats like this Ive seen in over 6 months. I got 1 outted on the river TWICE today. It just wont stop, so Im stopping. I may or may not be on the boards. I dont even want to think about poker after the week Ive had.

well, you of all of us should know that these situations will come up
damn it man , you had such a good run for these last few months , you should not really take it so hard, you have the advantage that you do not depend on that money for the next set of bills so you can take time of , and you should do it why not, but i can hardly see you takeing 10 days off
