If you don't mind variance, yes. If he's pushing every hand and you're the only one left and have a hand that is better than average, it is +EV to call. Simple enough.
Still, a hand like QT or A2 is only about 55% to win against a truly random hand so it's not a big edge. If you have a small bankroll, tilt easily, or don't like variance, you should play tighter.
If you stick to pairs 88 and higher, AT+ and KQ you'll have at least a 65% edge when you call, which is a lot better.
