Villan and Hero are both TAG. Villan is a solid player with 19/7/2.2 PT Stats. I thought the river bet looked like a thin value bet and I was pretty sure I would need to bluff here to win the pot. So I raised the river big trying to represent a slowplayed set or a straight.

If you were villan, would you see this as a bluff and call with an A?

I'm thinking he raised PF w/ a med PP (ie... 66-88) and is tryin to buy it with that crappy river bet... Why would a big ace bet so weak??? Valuebet??? I think you could've raised less and gotten the same affect, but I don't mind the raise...

I wouldn't raise for the simple reason that you are getting 5:1 on a call. He's giving you great odds here--take them! You only have to win 1 in 6 times to break-even. Why make a play with an unknown EV. If anything I would read his weak bet as looking for a raise if anything.

FWIW, villan called at the very very last second before timing out... showing AQ of diamonds.
