I'd probably raise the flop since I have an overpair and the OESD draw. You might get reraised some times and have to fold, but it's hard to get paid with an obvious straight draw like that when you hit. Since you have position, your'e likely to get a free card if SB does call. The guy is not that bright anyway if he makes a min-bet on a flop like that so he's liable to mess up again and give you a free card.
